Using the Community Wiki
All collaborative documentation centralized in one place.
1. You have a question, we are here to help
You can download the quick start guide that will support you during the first few weeks of using your connected greenhouse >>
MYFOOD-WELCOME-KIT-FR.pdf
For any general questions about using your greenhouse, you can use:
- The public forum linked to this wiki: https://wiki.myfood.eu/discuss/
- The General feed on Microsoft Teams
For any questions related to your delivery or after-sales service >> Support portal
Use Microsoft Teams for faster supportIn the event of a blocking situation, you have access to the "Support" feed on the Microsoft Teams platform.
We invite you to avoid using other communication channels (phone, Whatapp, Facebook). It is more complicated for us to then pass the information on to the right contact person.
2. Quick information search
At the top right of the wiki, you have a search bar that quickly brings up useful information.
2. Contribute to enrich the experience
You can suggest improvements to our explanations at any time.
