Nozzles getting clogged [INC-SER-002]

Date discovered : 01/01/2018
Criticality : medium
Impact : all greenhouses
Description of the incident :
Some nozzles in the irrigation circuit get clogged and water no longer flows into the towers. The flow indicator propeller turns very slowly.
Cause : Old version of the filtration system, filter to be cleaned, air in the pipes, water level too low.
Resolution : Check that the water level is correct. Check that the purge valve is not open. Make sure the filter is siphoned and that the foam is properly cleaned. Also check that the screen filter is cleaned as well (with a small brush). Finally, air may be clogging the nozzles; in this case, simply tap the black pipes firmly. Clean the irrigation system by connecting your garden hose to the upward connector and pressurize the system for a few minutes. Activate the purge valve for a few seconds at the end of the cleaning. Clean the inside of the radial filter.
