List of known issues and resolutions.
Pump failure [INC-AER-001]
Date discovered: 04/09/2019
Criticality: high
Description of the incident:
The Aerospring pump stops working, still emits a slight vibration or no sound at all, with no visible broken or damaged part.
Cause: impeller issue
Resolution: open the pump and replace the impeller (two replacement impellers were supplied with the vertical growing tower).
Base damage [INC-AER-002]
Date discovered: 01/10/2019
Criticality: high
Description of the incident:
The vertical module at the base of the tower comes loose from the base. The screw thread comes away from the plastic part.
Cause: design issue
Resolution: Request replacement of the part by submitting a request via the support form. Support portal
Tank damage [INC-AER-003]
Date discovered: 04/09/2019
Criticality: high
Description of the incident:
The tank is cracked on the bottom at the contact surfaces with the ground.
Cause: moving the tank filled with water on a hard surface.
Resolution: Request replacement of the part by submitting a request via the support form. Support portal
Gap between the last screw and the nut [INC-AER-004]
Date discovered: 15/05/2019
Criticality: low
Description of the incident:
The connection between the last screw and the nut is not possible.
Cause: The first screw was inserted from underneath the level connected to the base. This causes the screw to shift and therefore creates misalignment.
Resolution: Disassemble the levels and the screws.
- Place the container with the first level on the Aerospring base.
- Then insert the first screw.
- Make sure to follow the assembly order exactly as indicated in steps 6, 7 and 8. Aerospring vertical garden
