Pump failure [INC-AER-001]

Criticality : high
Incident description :
The Aerospring pump stops working, still emits a slight vibration or no longer makes any noise, with no visibly broken or damaged part.
Cause : issue with the impeller
Resolution : open the pump and replace the impeller (two replacement impellers were supplied with the vertical growing tower).

Damage to the base [INC-AER-002]

Date discovered : 01/10/2019
Criticality : high
Incident description :
The vertical module at the base of the tower comes loose from the base. The threaded part comes away from the plastic part.
Cause : design issue
Resolution : Request replacement of the part by sending a request through the support form. Support portal

Damage to the tank [INC-AER-003]

Date discovered : 04/09/2019
Criticality : high
Incident description :
The tank is cracked on the bottom at the contact surfaces with the ground.
Cause : moving the tank when filled with water on a hard surface.
Resolution : Request replacement of the part by sending a request through the support form. Support portal

Gap between the last screw and the nut [INC-AER-004]

Date discovered : 15/05/2019
Criticality : low
Incident description :
The connection between the last screw and the nut is not possible.
Cause : The first screw was inserted from underneath the level connected to the base. This causes the screw to shift and therefore creates a misalignment.
Resolution : Disassemble the levels and screws.

  • Place the receptacle with the first level on the base of the Aerospring.
  • Then insert the first screw.
  • Make sure you follow the assembly order exactly as indicated in steps 6, 7 and 8. Aerospring vertical garden
