Community invitation not received [INC-TEA-001]

Description of the incident :
Some specific email addresses do not work with Microsoft Teams, mainly non-standard addresses (Yahoo, Orange etc.).
Cause : Some security rules may block receipt of the invitation email.
Resolution : Provide a Gmail, Hotmail or Live address by filling in this form: Support portal
Difficulty connecting when invited [INC-TEA-002]

Description of the incident :
From a mobile interface, guest profile registration does not work. Sometimes, automatic authentication of an active session makes joining the Community impossible.
Cause : Creating a profile on a mobile interface is not currently supported. An ad hoc guest account is created from the email address used by Myfood; other Office365 or live accounts are not linked to this invitation.
Resolution : Use a desktop computer for the first login with a private browser session (without cookies or a saved account).
Difficulty connecting on a daily basis [INC-TEA-003]

Description of the incident :
Unable to connect on mobile or desktop.
Cause #1: Confusion with the credentials dedicated to the hub ([email protected]) or to the online store.
Resolution : Use the email address where the invitation was received.
Cause #2: Account blocked for security reasons.
Resolution : Go to the site: https://teams.microsoft.com in private browsing mode. Sign in with your credentials. Complete your profile with a phone number to unblock the account. More information here Procedure for accessing the Microsoft Teams Myfood Community
Loss of access to Microsoft Teams Myfood [INC-TEA-004]

Impact : limited
Description of the incident :
Difficulties accessing Microsoft Teams Myfood. Cause #1: These errors generally come from using the wrong Microsoft account when signing in. You are not using the same Microsoft account as when you accepted the invitation.
When you were invited to join Teams Myfood, you accepted this invitation with a specific Microsoft account (personal Outlook/Live account, professional Microsoft 365 account or an account linked to your external address).
It is possible for the same email address to exist on several different Microsoft accounts. In this case, Teams cannot find your profile and displays an error such as:
« AADSTS50020 – User account does not exist in tenant Myfood »
This simply means that you are signed in with a different account from the one used when accepting the invitation.
Resolution : Please follow the steps below

Check that you are using the correct Microsoft account
Sign out of all your Microsoft Teams accounts• Your web browser
• The Teams mobile app
Then sign back in using exactly the email address that received the Myfood invitation. This is the most important step

Force a clean reconnection
Depending on the device used:
On mobile
• Uninstall/reinstall the app
(If needed, you can clear the Microsoft Teams app cache from your phone settings.)
In a browser
• Open Teams in an Incognito / InPrivate / Private Browsing window (This helps avoid saved Microsoft sessions.)
• Sign in to Teams with the correct account.
- If it still does not work, and only as a last resort!
We can reset your invitation and send you a new access link. This operation automatically cancels the previous invitation.
