[Diagnostics] Hybrid solar / mains operating mode
Steady LED: type of energy used (mains or solar battery).
Flashing LED: energy available but not used (for example: flashing mains LED if the battery is sufficiently charged or flashing battery LED if the battery is too low).
[Diagnostics] Electrical malfunction inside the greenhouse
Case 1: In the event of a power cut, the power box is no longer powered and the different LEDs are off.
Check the power supply, the condition of the circuit breaker, the electrical connection in the junction box, the absence of moisture in the junction box under the cabinet, the voltage at the output of the power box power supply (24V expected).
Case 2: The power box LEDs and the front panel of the measurement box are flashing
- With the power off, check the terminal block connections in the power box and the measurement box, test the voltages at the start and end of the cables.
- Disconnect the power supplies for the air pump / aerator, the UV lamp and the pump in the measurement box to analyse the cause of the malfunction.
- Check the soldering and the condition of the terminal blocks on the front panel of the measurement box.
