Storing leafy vegetables

Swiss chard and celery stalks
Harvest as needed according to your current needs (directly from the tower)
Store the stalks in a container of water, immersing the bottom 15 cm of the stem
for 1 to 2 additional days.
Keep in a cool place away from light.

Lettuces and microgreens
They keep very well in a cool place (in a storage box) for 3 to 4 days.
Wash them as you consume them.

Fruit vegetables
It is recommended to harvest them with a clean knife or a pair of clean scissors as you consume them, in order to preserve their nutritional quality.
Remember to rinse them after harvest, especially the cut parts. Lightly wipe off excess water before storing them in a box in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days

Hygiene and quality measure

Even if no harmful products are used on the plants, it is preferable to wash them carefully with clean water before consuming them.

For example, after using rapeseed oil, residues may remain on the plant. Wait 2
days before consumption.
