Summary of the steps to follow
Your greenhouse has just been installed; here is a summary of the chronological steps to follow to start your production.
1. In aquaponics

Summary diagram of the steps for starting up the greenhouse in aquaponics.
Step 1: the greenhouse installation is complete; start by filling your tanks.
Ideal proportions: 2/3 rainwater + 1/3 tap water.
Step 2: at the same time, you can:
- Start cycling.
- Manage hardness (IMPORTANT) then acidity
Ideal KH 4-5°d / ideal pH 6,5-6,8.
Step 3: after 2 weeks of cycling, it is time to add plants to your growing area.
You do not need to wait for the end of cycling before placing your plants in the towers.
Step 4: once cycling is complete and the water parameters (KH and pH) are under control, it is time to introduce the fish.
Step 5: find out how to Get started in aquaponics.
The adventure begins: produce seasonal fruits and vegetables all year round while discovering the joys of aquaponics.
2. In bioponics

Summary diagram of the steps for starting up the greenhouse in bioponics.
Step 1: the greenhouse installation is complete; start by filling your tanks.
Ideal proportions: 2/3 rainwater + 1/3 tap water.
Step 2: at the same time, you can:
- Start cycling.
- Manage hardness then acidity
Ideal KH 4-5°d / ideal pH 5,5-6.
Step 3: after 2 weeks of cycling, it is time to add plants to your growing area.
You do not need to wait for the end of cycling before placing your plants in the towers.
Step 4: find out how to Get started in bioponics.
The adventure begins: produce seasonal fruits and vegetables all year round while discovering the joys of bioponics.
Please note: growing in bioponics is less demanding in terms of water parameter stability than growing in aquaponics. Your greenhouse will be productive even if the pH is outside the target range.
