3. Prior declaration

For France, a works declaration is required. Article R421-9: prior declaration required for greenhouses between 1,80m and 4m in height and with an area of less than 2000m². (this is our case, see point g)). Please note that a regulation specific to the municipality (by decree) may exist: see the local PLU, you can download your PLU regulations here: (https://www.geoportail-urbanisme.gouv.fr/)
