Outside this wiki, to support you throughout your progress, we have set up several platforms:

1. The MyfoodHub application

You can monitor the development of your greenhouse remotely and follow agronomic recommendations to improve your performance.

Access: https://hub.myfood.eu/ (from a recent browser).
Login details: sent by email after your greenhouse installation (in the format [email protected]).

2. The Microsoft Teams collaborative platform

By joining the Pioneers Community, you can ask the agronomists all your questions and interact with the other members.

Access: https://teams.microsoft.com/ or app to install (PC, Mac, Android, IPhone).
Login details: your Gmail / Live / Outlook address provided for sending the invitation.

3. The discussion forum

If you have a question, we may already have answered it there. Feel free to take a look at our forum.

Login details: the login details you chose when creating a discussion topic.

4. Online conferences (webinars)

Several times a year, we organize conferences to cover seasonal topics and also to respond to your questions live.

Access: from Microsoft Teams, an invitation is sent by email a few weeks beforehand and then a connection link is sent to you (email, SMS).

5. The online shop

There you can find all the consumables needed to operate the greenhouse, seeds, sowing, optional equipment and updates.
