GRACE 3 Stove
Resetting the stove - Clearing error messagesTo clear an error message, simply press and hold the start button for 5 seconds.
Error message A01 - Ignition problem [INC-POE-004]
Date discovered : 12/2019
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a GRACE 3 pellet stove
Despite the regulated temperature and a full hopper, the stove does not start. Error message A01 on the controller.
Cause : Lack of maintenance in the burner, damp pellets
Resolution : After fully cleaning the combustion chamber, fill the hopper with dry pellets and put a few pellets in the burner to help initiate the flame.
Error message A02 - Lack of pellets [INC-POE-003]
Date discovered : 29/03/2020
Criticality : high
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a GRACE 3 pellet stove
Despite the regulated temperature or manual ignition actions, the stove does not start. Error message on the controller.
Cause : Lack of pellets
Resolution : Fill the hopper with pellets and put a few pellets in the burner.
Error message A05 - Ignition or draft problem [INC-POE-001]
Date discovered : 01/01/2018
Criticality : high
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a pellet stove without the latest update.
Incident description :
Despite the regulated temperature or manual ignition actions, the stove does not start. Error message on the controller.
Cause : Condensation in the chimney, soot buildup over time
Resolution: Empty the trap at the stove outlet. Vacuum the contents of the combustion chamber. Restart the stove. Check that the flue duct is properly fitted together (no damage to the seals). Request the update for your installation by submitting a request through the support form. Support portal
Vidange du tampon
Un joint mal engagé créé une fuite d'air dans le conduit. Lors de l'assemblage, le joint doit être lubrifié.
The auger is blocked [INC-POE-002]
Date discovered : 12/2019
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a GRACE 3 pellet stove
The auger is no longer working: pellets are no longer falling into the combustion chamber.
Cause : Moisture has clogged a mixture of pellets and soot in the mechanism.
Resolution : Empty the trap at the stove outlet. Vacuum the contents of the combustion chamber. Scrape and remove the solid material at the entrance to the combustion chamber. Restart the stove.
Le pellet est colmaté, l'admission des pellets n'est plus possible

Error message - A05 Pressure switch alarm [INC-POE-005]
Date discovered : 12/2019
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a GRACE 3 pellet stove
Despite the regulated temperature and a full hopper, the stove does not start. Error message A05 on the controller.
Cause : Pellets are preventing the hopper from closing, or the combustion chamber is not closed properly.
Resolution : Check the seal integrity of the combustion chamber and pellet hopper gaskets.
Error message - A08 Abnormal operation of the smoke exhaust fan [INC-POE-009]
Date discovered : 12/2021
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a GRACE 3 pellet stove
Error message A08 on the controller.
Cause : Smoke is not being exhausted optimally. The flue duct is dirty, or the purge valve may be open.
Resolution : Clean the flue duct. Adjust the smoke extraction settings as shown below.

Ignition problem and no glow at startup [INC-POE-006]
Date discovered : 04/2020
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a pellet stove
Error message on the controller: "Ignition failure". No visible glow when starting the stove.
Cause : Not enough pellets in the stove, or the igniter does not heat up.
Resolution :
Clean the smoke box.

The pellets do not burn completely [INC-POE-007]
Date discovered : 01/2017
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a pellet stove
Cause : The pellets are damp, so combustion is not optimal.
Resolution : Store pellet bags away from moisture.
Message "Pellet shortage" despite the presence of pellets [INC-POE-008]
Date discovered : 01/2017
Impact : all greenhouses equipped with a pellet stove
Cause : With the accumulation of residue in the brazier and in the ash pan below, the stove will stop and go into safety mode with the "Pellet shortage" alarm.
Resolution : Stop the stove, clean it, and restart the stove.

Resetting the stove - Clearing error messagesTo clear an error, press SET and ON/OFF simultaneously for 5s, until the message disappears.
